This being a Meeting to take into Consideration
the Offer made by the Committee appointed to Carry
into Execution the Act of Parliament of the 35th. year
of his present Majesty "for widening and improving
the Entrance into the City of London at Temple Bar
and for other Purposes "for Payment by City Bonds
of £100. each at the Rate of £80 Per Bond for the
Purchase money for the Two Houses in Saint Clements
Church Yard the Property of this Parish late in
the Occupation of Mr. Marshall and Mr. Edwards

Resolved unanimously that Bonds for £1200
be Accepted for the £950 which the Premises was Estimated at

The City Committee being desirous of immediately
Pulling down the Premises Requested leave so to do
