Mr. Littler Proposed the following Terms Vizt.

To Pay£100. Cash

To give a Note of a Mr. Evans for £100. and
To give Security for the Payment of £50 Per Month
till the whole Balance due from him is Paid and
to Deposit the Lease of his House

It was moved by Mr. Richards and Seconded
by Mr. Cole

That the Terms proposed by Mr. Littler be
Acceded to.
