This being a Meeting to contract for 70
Chaldron of Coals; the following Proposals were
received and read Vizt.

Mr. Glover No. 7 Howard Street proposed
serving the whole 70 Chaldron at 48s/. per Chaldron

Mr. Hodgson No.13 Essex Street proposed
serving 50 Chaldron at 47s/. and the remaining
20 Chaldron at 49s/.

Resolved (on Motion) that Mr. Hodgson's
Proposal be accepted

Ordered That the Examination of Sarah Bus by Lewis
be taken and the Husband proceeded against

Ordered That a Board of Assistants be summoned for Tuesday
next the 14th.. Inst. to take into consideration whether adviseable
to send Children to Messrs. Birch & Co
