whether adviseable to send Children to Messrs. Birch & Co

The same being considered - the Act of Parliament
the Report of Mr. Blundell - and the Correspondence
between this Parish and Mr. Birch being read

Resolved
after examining all the different Reports Proceedings
Etc relative to the Children at Cartmell that as it did not
appear that any better mode of disposing of the Children can
be found or proposed that they be sent as usual to the Mills
at Cartmell

Recommended that they be not sent at too early an Age
