Ordered that circular Letters be written to
the several Butchers resident on this Parish informing
them that this Board will contract for Butchers Meat
for the poor in the Workhouse for one year from the 16th
[..] August next (the Meats to be of the same kinds, delivered
paid for in such manner & at such times as are specified
in the last contract) the Proposals to be Sealed up,
directed to the Churchwns Overseers & Assistants &
left at the Workhouse on or before the 5th [..] Augst next

Ordered also that circular Letters be
sent to the several Cheesemongers & Buttermen
resident as above stating that this Board is willing
to contract for Butter & Cheese for the Poor in the
Workhouse for one year from the sixteenth [..] August next (of the
kinds, to be delivered & Paid for as specified in the lab
contract) Proposals sealed to be directed & left as above
