This being a Meeting to Chuse an Apothecary in the
Room of Mr. Moore who resigned.

Mr. James Hill< no role > of Cooks Court Carey Street
Offered himself as a Candidate

Mr. Cole proposed the said Mr. Hill

Seconded by Mr. Sumner

No other Candidate being proposed or Offering -a Show
of Hands was taken and Mr. Hill was Chosen
Unanimously on his undertaking to Attend the Poor
as well in the House as out of it; should a Vestry
Approve thereof
