This being a Meeting to receive Proposals for
Supplying the Parish with Coals and for supplying
the Poor in the Workhouse with Butter, Cheese, and
Meat, for One year from the 6th.. Instant.

The following Proposal was received and read
for Coals.

Mr. Godfrey proposed furnishing the Parish
with Seventy Chaldron of Coals Fifty of which to be the
best Windsor Pontop or Tanfield Moor Pool Measure
to be delivered

25 Chaldron forthwith at47s-
25 at Michaelmas at48s-

The remaining 20 to be good round Coals Pool Measure
and delivered on shore free of Expence at 48s. on & St.
Thomas's day next.
