Accepted and the Vestry Clerk Ordered to Prepare the
Contract.

The following Proposal for Serving the Poor in the
Workhouse with Butchers Meat was Received and Read

Mr. Luff proposed to Serve the Poor in the Work
House with Butchers Meat for Twelve Months upon
the following Terms Vizt.


Clods Stickens Mouse Buttocks
whole Leg of Mutton Pieces and
Thick and Thin flanks of
Beef
at Three Shillings per Stone.


Breasts and Legs of Mutton the
Masters Table and Suet on
Saturdays
at Four Shillings per
Stone.

The Beef to be good Ox Beef.

The Mutton to be good Wether Mutton the Less not
weighing less than 9th.. each and the Breasts in proportion

It being the only Proposal it was Accepted
and the usual Contract Ordered to be prepared.

The following Proposals for Serving the Poor in
The Workhouse with Butter and Cheese were Received
and Read

Mr. Elsworth proposed Serving the Poor in the
Workhouse with Butter and Cheese for Twelve Months
as Follows Vizt.

Good Salt Butter after it is Scraped and Wired
[..] to be weighed at 38s.. Per firkin or 56lb..

Good Gloucester Cheese at 50s. Per Cwt or 112lb..

Mr. Rose proposed Serving the Poor in the Work
House for Twelve Months on the following Terms Vizt.
