The said Benjn. Marshall< no role > by Letter and otherwise
representing to this Committee that by the Rate being
lowered the Poundage of Collecting was greatly reduced and
paying such allowance as heretofore made

Resolved that he be paid Ten Pounds for the same for which
three of this Committee signed a Draft on the Bankers to that
Amount Adjourned.
