to wit Mary Hawkins< no role > aged about
25 years upon her Oath saith that she
never was married That she lived as
a hired yearly Servant with Mr. Yeates in
Stanhope Street in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes for Twelve Months at the yearly wages
of Six Pounds that she hath quitted said
Service about Four years since which time she
hath not lived as a hired yearly Servant for
Twelve Months or done any Act Matter or
thing whereby she might have gained a
subsequent Settlement And further this Deponent
upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she is
pregnant with Child or Children which is or
are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards &
to become Chargeable to the said Parish That
one John Petree< no role > a Painter& Glazier who lives at
No. 18 Houghton Street< no role > is the father thereof he
having had Carnal knowledge of this Examts.
Body & begotten the said Child or Children of which
she is so Pregnant & that the said John Petree< no role > is
the only Real and true father thereof
