(to wit) Elizth Turner< no role > aged 33 years or thereabouts
Upon Oath saith that she never was Married
that she lived as an hired yearly Servant with
Mr Matthews Clements Inn for about sixteen
Months at the annual Wages of six Guineas that
she quitted that Service about five years ago and
hath never since lived as an hired yearly Servant
for a year together or done any other Act Matter
or thing whatsoever whereby to obtain any
subsequent legal Settlement to the best of her
knowledge or belief And this Examinant further
saith that on or about the 14th. day of April last
at the Workhouse of and belonging to the parish
of St Clement Danes and situate within the same
she was delivered of Female Bastard Child that
married Susanna Turner< no role > wch is become chargeable to the said parish that William Tait< no role >
now or late of Bucklers Butters Alley Little Moorfield
Barber is the only real true father of the said
Child of which she was so delivered as aforesaid
he having first had carnal knowledge of her Body
sometime in or about the Month of April 1792 & at
several times [..] since at some or one of which times
he did beget the same thereon
