thirtieth day of Julylast at the Workhouse
belonging to the parish of St Clement Danes
and
situate within the same she was delivered of

and a become Chargeable to the same parish That one
Price who is or lately was in Service as a
Gentleman's Valet and
who who frequently used the
French Arms in York Street by St James's
square
and the Star and Garter
in Palace
Yard
Westminster
is the only real and true father
of the said Child of which she was
not so
delivered as

having carnal knowledge of this Deponent's
