Widow Upon Oath saith that [..] she was
[..] delivered on the 26th Day of January 1793 of a Male
Bastard Child at the House of Mr. Clarke in
Wych Street in the parish of St Clement Danes in
the Liberty of Westminster was delivered of And
saith that one John Thomas< no role > who is now [..] in the
Workhouse of this parish and is by trade a Shoemaker
is the only real true father of the said Child of
which she was delivered as aforesaid he and no one
else having had carnal knowledge of this Deponent's
Body first in or about the Month of April 1792
and at Several times since at some or one of which
times he did beget the said Child thereon And
that the said Child is become chargeable to the paid
parish of [..] Clement Danes
