to wit Benjamin Newman< no role > one
of the Beadles of the parish of Saint Clement
Danes on behalf of Jane Marks< no role > who is ill
Maketh Oath and saith that he has been informed
which Information he verily believes to be true
that the said Jane Marks< no role > Rented a House in
Bury Street in the Parish of Saint James in
the Liberty of Westmr . for Seven years
or thereabouts at the yearly Rent of Thirty
Six Pounds that she hath quitted said House
about Twelve years since which time she
hath not Rented any house Tenement or
Lodging of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or
done any Act Matter or thing whereby she
might have gained a subsequent Settlement
