to wit David Greenwood< no role > aged about 48
years upon his Oath saith that about seven
years ago he Intermarried with Charlotte his present
wife at the Parish Church of Paddington by whom he
hath one Child living Vizt. George< no role > aged about Six
years That he this Deponent lived with Messrs.
Walkers in Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes as a hired yearly Covenanted Servant for the
Term of Five years and that after he quitted said
Service he never lived as a hired yearly Servant for
Twelve Months Rented any House Tenement or
Lodging of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done
any Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent settlement

2/6 Stamp) of which the following is an Extract

That in case the said David Greenwood shall at any time during
the said Term of five years absent himself from the Service of the
said Joseph Walker< no role > and William Walker< no role > or neglect their business
or in any other manner to mis behave himself towards them
That then it shall a no may be lawful to and for the said
Joseph Walker< no role > and William Walker< no role > refuse giving one month
notice in writing to the said David Greenwood to dismiss and
discharge him the said David Greenwood< no role > from their Service
