about 37 years upon his Oath saith that
he lived as a hired yearly Servant with one
Mr. Foche in Pall Mall in the Parish of
Saint James in the Liberty of Westminster
for Five years or thereabouts at the yearly
wages of Twenty Pounds that he hath
quitted said Service about Three years since
which time he hath done no Act Matter
or thing whereby he might have gained a
subsequent settlement
