(to wit) Elizabeth Cook< no role > aged upwards of thirty
years Upon Oath Saith that she was Married to
John Cook< no role > at the parish Church of St. Ann Westminster
about thirteen years ago that subsequent thereto her
said Husband Rented and resided [..] in a House in
Church Lane in the parish of Kensington in the Co.
of Middlesex for 3 or 4 years or thereabouts at the a
considerable Annual Rent and that she paid the parish
Taxes for the same that She hath two Children born
in Wedlock namely John< no role > aged ten years or thereabts.
and Lawrence< no role > aged ten Months or thereabouts that
her said Husband is now from her and she is ill and
unable to maintain herself and family without
assistance And that since he quitted the said House in
Church Lane , which was about four years ago, he hath not
obtained any subsequent legal
settlement to the best of her this
