to Mr Sly Shoemaker
in Church Street

in the parish of Greenwich

with whom he served
abt. three yearspart of his time and
was
transferredafterwards turn'd over to another Person of the same
Trade in the said parish of Greenwich
with
whom he served the Residue of his said Apprenticeship
(except about two years), that he left his
saidlast
Master without his consent and never after lived
lived as an hired yearly Servant for a year
together or did any other Act Matter or thing
whatsoever whereby to obtain any subsequent
legal settlement to the best of this Examinants knowledge information or belief that he Died about April last
and that She hath not since been Married or
acquired any legal settlement in her own
right
