Yearsanor thereabouts Upon Oath saith that
he served his Apprenticeship with Mr Adey Glass
seller Clements Inn foregate in the parish of St
GeorgeClement Danes in the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex (under Indentures)
that heand lodged and boarded in his said
Master's House that his Apprenticeship expired about
sixteen years ago and hath not since acquired any
other legal Settlement to the best of this Examinant's
knowledge information or belief And saith that he
was Married to his present Wife Catherine< no role > formerly
Catherine Walker< no role > Spinster at the parish Church of
St George in the East in the County of Middlesex (by Banns)
an or about the twentieth day of May 1787 that
he hath two Children by his said Wife Namely
William< no role > born on the 17th day of March 1788 and
Mary Ann< no role > born on or about the 17th. day of July
last And that he is distressed and unable to
maintain himself and family without assistance
