(to wit) Elizabeth Bayley< no role > aged 44 years or
thereabouts maketh Oath and Saith that about
two years ago (being then a Widow) she was Married
in the Church belonging to the parish of Ealing in the
County of Middlesex to Anthony Bayley< no role > (who as she
verily believes having no reason to think to the contrary
was at that time a Widower and had [..] no Wife
living And this Deponent further saith that She hath
been informed and which she believes to be true that
her said Husband Anthoney Bayley< no role > was in or about
the Month of August last sworn and enrolled to
serve as a substitute for George Sloper< no role > of New Inn in
the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex in the Western Regiment of Militia of the
said County and hath served therein ever since and
now serves in the said Militia which is embodied and
called out into actual Service that she is about to
go with the said Regiment and hath now living and
dwelling with herthreefour legitimate Children by her
said Husband Namely Anthony< no role > agedEleventen years
6th day of May last William< no role > aged ten years on the 9th
day of November last Charlotte< no role > aged eight years 17th. day
of August last Ann< no role > aged six years on the 22d. day
of December last and saith that she is in indigent
circumstances and not of ability to support herself and
Children without assistance AndsuchLastly this
Deponent saith that her said Husband hath informed
