(to wit) Mary Pinnell< no role > aged 50 years ortherea
thereabouts Widow Maketh Oath and saith
that she was Married to her late Husband James
[..] Pinnell
< no role > at the parish Church of Saint Andrew Holborn
by License about 30 years ago that since their said
Marriage her said Husband Rented and Resided in an
House in North Row Battle Bridge in the parish
of St James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
for about 3 years at the Annual Rent of £12 that
he quitted it about 18 years ago & never after during his
Life Rented anyHouseHouse or Apartment of £10 a year
paid parish Taxes or did any other Act Matter or thing
whatsoever whereby to obtain any subsequent legal
Settlement to the best of this Examinants knowledge
information or belief [..] And this Examinant further said
that he Died about 3 years ago and that she hath not Since
been Married nor obtained or become intitled unto any
other legal Settlement than in Right of her said Husband
as aforesaid
