to wit Hannah Burtles< no role > commonly called
Hannah Fitzpatrick< no role > Singlewoman aged
60 years or thereabouts Upon Oath saith that She
never was Married according to the Rites and
Ceremonies of the Church of England but was
Married on or about the 2d. day of January in the
Year of our Lord 1748 [..] or 1749 at the Roman
Catholic Chapel in Warwick Street Golden Square
according to the rites and Ceremonies of the Church
of Rome that previous thereto and while she was
single not having Child or Children she lived as
an hired yearly Servant for two years and an
half or thereabouts with Mr Shephard in
Quality Court Chancery Lane in the parish of
St Andrew Holborn above the Barrs in the County
of Middlesex at the annual Wages of £5:10
that she quitted the same about two Months
before her said Marriage and never after
obtained Any subsequent legal Settlement to
the best of her knowledge or belief
