Upon Oath saith that that the said Joel Sparks< no role > he hath been
informed and says verily believes that
the said Joel
Sparks
< no role > was Married to Ann< no role > his late Wife at
the parish Church of St. Andrew Holborn about 22 years ago
that his said Wife died about Nine years ago that
he hath a Son aged abt. 20 years who [..]
[..] maintains himself [..] thatthe said Joel
Sparks
he this Deponent Rented and Resided in an House in Swan yard
about two years at the Annual Rent of Fourteen
pounds that he quitted that place about five years
ago And this Deponent saith that heinformed &
Verily believes the said Joel Sparks< no role >
hath not since
Rented any House or Apartment of ten pounds a year
paid parish Taxes Served any [..] parochial
Office or done any Matter or thing whatsoever
whereby to obtain any subsequent legal Settlement
to the best of his knowledge or belief
