to wit Mary Evans< no role > aged 40 years or
thereabouts Singlewoman upon her
Oath saith that she never was married
That she lived as an hired yearly
Servant with Mrs. Lucas a Fanmaker
at No. 44 or 45 Ludgate Hill in the
Parish of Saint Bridget otherwise Saint
Bride in the City of London for the spare
of one year at the annual Wages of
Eight Pounds that she quitted the
said Service about nine [..] years ago and
hath not since lived as an hired yearly
Servant Rented any house or Tenement
of Ten Pounds a year paid parish
Taxes or otherwise obtained any
Subsequent legal Settlement to the
best of this Deponents knowledge
information or belief and that she is
now very sick poor and distressed and
unable to maintain herself.
