thereabouts Wife of William Cook< no role > (who is now from
her) Upon Oath saith that she was Married
to her present Husband William Cook< no role > at the
parish Church of St. Ann within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of of
Middlesex on the 18th June 1781 (by Banns)
that since then her said Husband Rented and
Resided in an House [..] in the parish of Saint
John Hackney in the County of Middlesex [..]
[..] upwards of Six Months at the Annual
Rent [..] of £14 and paid one Quarters Poor
Rateoffor the same, that she hath one Child
andby her said Husband now living with her
this Examinant namely John born on the 9th.
day of June last that her said Husband hath not
(since he quitted the said House in [..]
St John's Hackney) [..] Rented any House
or Apartment of £10 a year paid parish
Taxes or otherwise obtained any subsequent
legal Settlement to the best of this Deponent's
knowledge information or belief
