Maketh Oath and saith that she was
Married to her present Husband Samuel

Martin in the Fields in the Liberty of
Westminster abouton or about the 27th day of
May last that her said Husband hath informed her & she Verily believes that previous thereto her said
Husband Rented and Resided in an Apartment
[..] at Mr. Rooth's House in [..]
Charter house Lane in the parish of St.
Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex for about
four years at the Annual Rent of £12 that
he quitted it about 14 Months ago and hath not
since Rented any House or Apartment of £10
a year paid any parish Taxes served any
parochial office or done any other Act Matter
or thing whatsoever whereby to [..]
obtain any subsequent legal Settlement to the
best of this Deponent's knowledge Information
or belief That her said Husband is now
confined in the New Compter for Bastardy
Chid that she is Distressedandand unable to
support herself without Assistance
