(to wit) Drusilla Lane< no role > Widow aged 76 Years
and upwards Upon Oath saith that she was
Married to her late Husband William Lane< no role > at the
parish Church of Layton in Bedfordshire about 54
Years ago that since their said Marriage her said
Husbandher said HusbandRented and Resided
in an House in New Inn Passage in the parish
of St Clements Danes in the Liberty of Westmr.
in the Co. of Middx for about Six Years at the
Annual Rent of £14:9:0 or thereabouts that he quitted that
House about 27 Years ago to the best of this
Deponents knowledge and never after Rented any House or
Apartment of £10 a Year paid parish Taxes served
any parochial Office or otherwise obtained any subsequent
legal settlement that her said Husband Died about
18 Years ago and since [..] is Decease this Deponent has
Resided in a Lodging in Bath Row Cold Bath fields
for which She hath not paid or agreed to pay more than 5 Guas a
Year that she hath never since been Married nor obtained
[..] or become in titled to any settlement
in her own Right nor otherwise than as aforesaid
