(to wit) John Vendermeulen< no role > aged 49 Years
and upwards Upon Oath saith That her
never was Married, that helived as an
hired as a servant for four lived under a Yearly
hiring as Servant or Assistant to Mr John Mondo< no role >
of New Round Court in the parish of Saint
Martin in the fields in the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex at the Wages of
about 5 Guineas, that [..] his said [..] Master [..] her died &
this Deponent left the House being about 28 Years ago and hath not since lived [..]
[..] under a Yearly hiring for
twelve Months together Rented any House or
Apartment of £10 a Year paid parish Taxes
or otherwise obtained any subsequent legal
Settlement to the best of her knowledge
Information or belief, And that he is now distressed
Ill and unable to maintain himself without
Assistance
