Westmr.

to wit James Latimer< no role > Aged about fifty Three Years
on his Oath Says he Intermarried with Temprance< no role > his
Wife at the Parish of St. Brides otherwise Bridget
about Twenty five Years ago and by whom he that
Three Children now living (Two of which are now
provided for) and the Goundgest of which is named
William< no role > Aged about Ten Years Says he rented and
lived in a House in York Buildings in the Parish of St. Martin in the Field Villers Street, Years about five
Years at the Yearly Rent of Twenty four Pounds
& paid all Parish Taxes due for the same hath
quitted his said House near fifteen Years ago
& hath not since he quitted the same ever Rented
House paid Taxes or done any or Act where by to gain
a Subsequent Settlement
