a hired Yearly Servant with Mrs. Smith
at the Turks head Coffee house in the Strand
in the Parish of St. Martin in the fields
in the Liberty of Westmr . for one Year
and upwards at the Yearly Wages of
Five Pounds he being at that time a
Single Man and had never been Married
hath quitted said Service about Ten Years
and hath not since Rented Ten Pounds a
Year paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly
Servant for One Year
