Rebecca Fleming< no role > aged about 20 Years upon
Oath says she was never Married and that she lived
a hired Yearly Servant with Mr. Christian a french
Platemaker in Duke Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middx for three Years at the Yearly Wages
of £3..10..0, and hath quitted said Service about
One Month And further upon her Voluntary Oath
says she is pregnant with Child or Children which
is likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to
become chargeable to the said Parish of St. Clement
Danes she being poor & unable to Maintain the
same when born, says that John Williams< no role > a
Journeyman Taylor (who is run away) had carnal
knowledge of this Examinants body sometimes
in the Month of April last and at several other
times since at one of which times he got her with
Child of the Child or Children with which she is now
Pregnant and that the said John Williams< no role > and no
other Person did beget the same.
