saith that she intermarried with her late Husband James
Grindley

1740 & that her sd. late Husband lived a Yearly hired
Servant with Lady King in the Parish of Lewton in
the County of Bedford for the Space of one Year & upwds.
but at wt. Wages knows not [..] he being at that
Time a Widower & not having any Child or Childn. &
hath left his sd. Service abt. Fourteen Years that since
that Time he hath not rented Ten Pounds a Year pd. Parish
Taxes lived with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt.
for the Space of one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt
in any other Place to her knowledge or beleife that
her sd. late Husband died on or abt- the 27th- of June
last & hath left 3 Childn. (to witt) Mary< no role > aged 8 Yrs. & upwds.
Eliz< no role > : aged 5 Yrs. & upwds. & Jane< no role > aged 7 Months & upwds.
