The Examination of Ann Martin< no role > Widw . of Jno. Martin Lodging
in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx taken
the 5th. Day of May 1740 Who upon her Oath saith That
her late Husband Jno. Martin< no role > served Seven Years Apprentiship
with one Mr. Taylor in Denmark Court in the Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields Gold & Silver Orace Weaver
And this Examint. Further upon her Oath saith that her
sd. Husband in his life time nor she since his Death never
Rented £10 a Year Paid Parish Taxes lived with any Person
as a Yearly hired Servt. for the space of one Year or
otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her
knowledge or beleife & that being now Poor & Sick is not
able to maintaine herselfe.
