Hendley
< no role > aged about 13 Years Lodging in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx Taken the 18th. Day of March 1739
Who upon her Oath saith yt. Jno. Hendley< no role > Father of the above sd.
Sarah lived in & Rented a House £13 a Year in Church row in the
Parish of St. Botolph by Aldgate Londn . for the space of one
Year or thereabouts And this Examint. further saith that the
sd. Jno. Henley< no role > never after he left the sd. House rented £10
a Year Paid Parish Taxes lived with any Person as a Yearly
hired Servt. for the space of one Year or otherwise gained
a Settlement in any other Place to her knowledge or beleife
And that the sd. Jno. Hendley< no role > & Mary< no role > his Wife (Mother of the sd. Intant) are both Dead and
Dying Poor have left the sd. Sarah their Daughter
unprovided for
