The Exaicon of Catherine< no role > the wife of Patrick Killaley
Lodging in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County
of Middx taken the 7th. day of March 1739 Who upon her
Oath Saith that abt. 12 Years since she Intermarryed
with the above named Patrick Killaley< no role > & that her sd.
Husband Rented a House in Drury Lane in the sd.
Parish of St. Clemt. Danes of the Yearly Rent of Twenty
four Pounds for the Space of two Years & hath been come
away from the same abt. Ten Months & hath not since
rented Ten Pounds a Year pd. Parish Taxes or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge or
beleife that her sd. Husband hath Absconded from her &
having one Child (to wit) Thos< no role > . Aged abt. two Years &
being Pregnt. with Child & near her time is not able
to maintaine hereselfe
