The Exaicon Anne< no role > the wife of Jonathan Copen< no role > Lodging in ye
Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx taken the
Eight day of Augt. 1739 who upon her Oath Saith that
on the fourth day of Janry 1735 she this Examnt
Intermarryed with the above named Jonathan Copen
and further Saith that he the sd. Jonathan Copen was bound
an Apprentice to & Served three Years or thereabts. the
first part of his Apprentiship with one Jno. Lane< no role > in Fetter
Lane in the Parish of St. Dunstan in the West in
the City of Londn . Perukemaker as this Examnt hath
been informed and verily beleives and further Saith
that her sd. Husband hath not since that time rented
any House paid Parish Taxes lived a Yearly hired Servt.
with any Person for the Space of one Yeare or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other place to her knowledge
or beleife
