says she never was married Rented House or paid Taxes
Says she lived a hired yearly Servant with Mrs. Steven
a Distiller in the Parish of Kingston upon Thames in the
County of Surry upwds. of Eighteen Months at the yearly
Wages of Six Pounds hath quitted her said Service upon
of five years ago since which time she never lived a hired
yearly Servant And further on her Voluntary Oath says
that on the 20th. day of August last she was delivered
of a Male Bastard Child in the House of Mr. Rippingate
Chandler back of St. Clements which is intended to be
baptized by the name of Robt< no role > . And is likely to become
Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Clement Danes And
further says that one James Hirst< no role > a Master Waggoner
who lives at Peckworth in Sussex is the Father thereof
he having had Carnal knowledge of her Body at
Kingston upon Thames sometime in the Month of Decr.
last & at sevl. difft. times aftwds. at one of which times
he got her with Child of the Male Bastard Child of which
she was so delivered as afsd. And that the said Robt.
Hirst
< no role > & no other person did beget the same & that he
is the real & true father thereof.
