to Wit Mary Wills< no role > This name instance is in set 1061. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . Aged about 27 Years on her Oath says she
never was married Rented House or paid Taxes says she lived a
hired Yearly Servant with Mrs. Sharp a Butcher at her
Appartmts. in Clements Lane in the Parish of St. Clement Danes
for four Years at the Yearly Wages of five Pounds hath quitted her
said service about four Years ago since which time she never
gained any Other Settlement by living a hired Yearly Servant for
One Year and further on her Voluntary Oath says she is
pregnant with Child or Children which is or are likely to be born
a Bastard or Bastards & to become Chargeable to the said Parish
she being Poor & unable to maintain the same when Born and
that one Robt. Moss< no role > a Journeyman Taylor who now Works at
Mr. Holmes a Taylor in Lothbury and who uses the Bible in
Shire Lane is the father thereof he having had Carnal
Knowledge of her Body some time in the Month of December last
but the particular day she does not now remember and at Sevl.
Different times afterwards at One of Which times he got her
with Child of the Child or Children of Which she is now
pregnant and that the said Robt. Moss< no role > and no other person
did beget the same and that he is the real & true Father
thereof
