to wit Letitia Wilkinson< no role > Aged about Eighteen
Years on her Oath Says she never was married Rented
House or paid Taxes Says she lived a hired Yearly Servant
with one Mr. Bromley a Coach painter in Parker Street
Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex for Two Years or thereabouts at
Yearly Wages of five Pounds hath quitted her said Service
about Three Years ago since which time she hath gained
no other Subsequent Settlement either by Rentg. House payg.
Taxes or living a hired Yearly Sevant for one Year And
further on her Oath Says that on the 12th day of September
last she was delivered of a Female Bastard Child in the
House of Mr. Morgan a Taylor in New Castle Court Butcher
Row in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes which has since
been baptized by the name of Ann Letitia< no role > and is likely to
become Chargable to the said Parish And that one Lawrence
Fields
< no role > a Surveyor in Vine Street Greenwich in the County
of Kent is the Father thereof he having had Carnal [..]
Knowledge of her Body about the Middle of June 1777 at his
the said Fields House and at sevl. different times afterwards
at one of which times he get her with Child of the Female
Bastard Child of which she was delivered as aforesaid And
that the said Lawrence Fields< no role > & no other person did beget the
same and that he is the real and true Father thereof
