Mary Essex< no role > Aged about Seventy Eight years on her Oath says
she is the Widow of Jacob Essex< no role > with whom she Intermarried
at the Parish Church of Saint Brides London in the year 1752
and by whom she hath no Children now living Says her said
Husband died in the year 1766 that after her said Husbands
Death she went and livied as a hired yearly Servant with Mr.
Heath in the Strand for three years and upwards at the
yearly Wages of Twelve Pounds hath quitted her said
Service about Six years ago since which time she hath
gained no other Subsequent Settlement either by Renting House
paying Taxes or living a hired yearly Servant for one year
