Eliz. Barlow< no role > aged upwds. of 20 Years upon Oath saith
she never was married and that she lived a Yearly Servt.
with Mr. Robt. Hadwin< no role > at the Elephant & Castle near
Temple Barr in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex at the Yearly Wages of Five
Pounds for one Year & upwards and quitted her sd.
Service about 16 Months ago since which time she
has not rented ten pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes
lived a Yearly Servt. for one Year or otherwise gained
a Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge or
belief and further upon her Voluntary Oath saith
she is pregnant with Child or Children which is
likely to be born a bastard or bastards and to
become Chargeable to the sd. Parish of St. Clement
Danes she being Poor and unable to maintain the
same when born and that John Long< no role > Servant
to Mr. Staples a Whale bone merchant at E [..]
in the reporteddid legal the sd. bastard Child
Children on her body the sd. John Long< no role > having
had Carnal knowledge of this Examinant
in the latter Exd of the month of January
or the beginning of February last and at
