(to wit) Ann Scott< no role > Wife of Alexander Scott< no role >
being of the Age 27 years & upwards Upon
her Oath (taken on behalf of two infant Children
eleserted & left in the said parish of St. Clement
Danes ) Maketh Oath & saith [..] the respective
Names of the said Children and Charles Scott< no role > &
Mary Ann Scott< no role > that the [..] and Charles Scott< no role >
that the said Mary Ann< no role > is Aged 4 years and
upwards that the said Charles< no role > was born on the
5th. November in the year of 1789 & is of the Age
therefore of One year & near Eight Months, that
the said Children are the legitimate Children
of one John Scott< no role > now [..] Deceased & Bridget< no role >
his then Wife [..] who were Married
at the parish Church of St. Leonard Shoreditch as this
Deponent hath been Informed & verily believes
on the 15th Octr. in the year 1785 and this
Examinant hath been informed & verily
believes to be truethat the said John Scott< no role >
Rented & with his said wife resided in an
Apartment [..] Mr at the Biscut Shop
facing or nearly opposite to Mr Henshaw in
the Strand in the said parish of St Clement
Danes about Six Months at the Yearly Rent of
Ten Pounds that they left that Apartment abt.
two years & ago that her Husband upwards never
gained a legal Settlement of his life [..]
that
the said Bridget Scott< no role > since for said Husband death Death Vizt about
Six Months agosheRented & lived in an House
at No:10 Dennetts Court in the said parish of
