(to wit) Mary Grace< no role > Aged 50 years and
upwards Upon her Oath saith that about
thirty years ago she was Married to her late
Husband Thomas Grace< no role > at this parish Church
that her said late Husband died about Sixteen
years agothat her said Husband prethat previous
to his said Marriage & while he was single not
having Child or Children lived as an hired
yearly Servant at the White Horse in Clements
Inn Foregate in the said parish of St. Clement
Danes at thfor Fourteen Months at the yearly
YearlWages (as her said late Husband hath
Informed her and which She verily believes to be true
of5 Guasfive Guineas that he quitted that
Service about a Month before his said Marriage
that she this Examinant hath now living a
Female Child Named Elizabeth< no role > Aged about
Nine years begotten by her said late Husband
onher Bodyand born [..] of thesaidBody of
her this Examinant in Matrimony And that her said
Husband did not in his life, time, acquire nor hath she
this Examinant since his Decease gained any
other legal settlemt. to the best of her Knowledge
or belief And that she is Poor and unable to
Maintain herself
