(to wit) Robt. Jackson< no role > Aged Nineteen years
& upwards Upon his Oath saith that he
never was Married that he lived as an
hired Yearly Servant with Mr. Swyffin at
the Talbot as Spotted Dog Tottenham Court
Road in the parish of St. Pancras in the said
County and Liberty abt. 13 Months at the
Yearly Wages Rent of £5 that he quitted that
Service abt. thirteen Months ago [..] and since
then hath not done any Act or thing wtsoever
whereby to his knowledge or belief he might
[..] acquired any other legal Settlement and
that he is Ill Poor & unable to support
himself
