St.. Clement Danes

Middlesex
and
Westminster

(to wit) Mary Medes< no role > Aged about 38 years
on her Oath saith that she Intermarried
with her present Husband Thomas Medes< no role >
about 17 years ago at this parish Church
that her said Husband Rented and with her
Resided in a House called the Prince of
Mecklinbergh in New James Street in the parish
of St.. Mary le bone in the said County of
Middlesex near two years at the yearly
Rent of about £40 or £50a yearthat
they quitted the said House about Ten
years ago and that since her said Husband
hath not Rented any House or Apartment
of Ten pounds or year or done any other
Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby
to the best of her knowledge or belief she
might have gained any other legal
settlement
