(to wit) Mary Taylor< no role > (Widow of Richard
Taylor
< no role > deced) Aged twenty two years and
upwards Maketh Oath and saith That
she was Married to her said late Husband
Richard Taylor< no role > at the parish Church (as she believes) of St. John
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex abt.
18 Months ago that her said Husband
afterwards hathsince Rented & with her lived in
an House Numbered 35 in Gibraltar Row in
the parish of St. George in the Borough of
Southwark in the County of Surry about
a Quarter of a year at the Yearly Rent of
thirteen Guineasthat then hewhen her said
Husband Died and that after his Dece she this
Deponent [..] Rented the same House & continued
to dwell there in for Six Weeks or thereabouts &
that [..] then one Chas. [..] Taylor< no role > thea Brother of her said late Husband [..] took the
said House of her this Examinant & Rented it on his own Acct. and thatshe
sinceshehe so tookth& Occupied the said
House she this Deponent hath done no Act or
thing wtsoever whereby to acquire a Subsequent
Settlement And this Examinant further saith she
hath an Infant Male Child Named Charles

< no role > Aged Nine Months or thereabouts born of
herboBody in lawful Matrimony begotten by her said, late Husband who
is now with her this Deponent And that she is
incapable of maintaining herself and said Child
