twenty minutes and not returning again
into the Hall this Deponent pushed open the Door
when he saw the Deceased hanging by this
[..] a small Cord round his neck which
was fastered to a certain Hook that had
been droven into the Waimscott whereupon
he immediately cut the Cord and [..]
[..] his Fellow Servant James
Grovestock
< no role > assisted and this Deponent
he supported him in his Arms whilft
the said James Gravestock< no role > ran and fetched
an assistant to Mr Robinson a
Surgeon living in Duke Street who opend
a Vein in his left Ann but no blood
issued forth and the said Assistant not
finishing my Pulsation or Sensation of
life in any respect declared it was
useless to try any further Expedients
as he was quite decade.

in his Mind and in a fit of Insanity hanged
himself on Tuesday the 21st. April 1795
