21st. day of April 1795 in the Parish of St.
James Westmr. at the House of George
Hereby
< no role > the sign of the Stars in
Piccadilly before Anthony Gell< no role > his
Majesty's Coroner for the said City and
Liberty, touching the death of Mary [..]
then and there lying dead , as follow,
to wit,

Richard Warner< no role > of Kensington [..] to
Mr Johnson wine Merchant [..]
[..] Square being sworn Deponth that
about a part 10 o'clock [..]
Instant as he was passing throught to event
Church yard he saw the deceased passing
by the Bellfry Door there whom a Gentleman
was passing by her and supported her as she
was falling down and appeared to be in an
Hystwick fit and the said Gentleman desired
their Deponent to attend and assist her as he
could not possibly stop on Accot. of some
very preparing business whereupon this Deponent
reliend him andbyat this time she was insensible
and still appeard to be in a Fit and one of
