Informations of Witnesses taken upon
Oath this 19th. day of January 1787 . at the
Dwelling House of W.Proctor
the Sign of the Unicon in He [..] Street
in the Parish of St. Paul Covent Gordon
within the Liberty of Westminster . Before
Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman His Majesty's
Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster
on View of the Body of a Man, name unknown
then and there lying Dead.

John Rowed< no role > one of the Constables St. Paul Covent Gardon
on his Oath saith that on Thursday last between the Hours
of 12 and 1 at Night, as Man (the Deced) was brought into
the Watch House by the Watchman, as disorderly Saying he
was laying down in the Street, [..] tching up the Dirt with
his Hands appeared to Deponent to be a dismal Situate on
without Stockings &StoresPart of one ShoreDeponent
was Constable of the Night-and he thoughts it not right to
take a Charge of him, but thoughts he might remain there
for the Night and put out in the Morning, Says the Deced
sat down and he appeared to him to be more a Person out
