An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King at the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex , the Nineteenth day of January in the Twenty Seventh
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of
Great-Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas
Prickard
< no role > , Gentleman , Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City and Liberty, on
View of the Body of a Man, name unknown then and there lying dead, upon

good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Man, name unknown came to
h is Death, do upon their Oath say That the said Man, name unknown, on the
Eighteenth day of January in the aforesaid at the Parish aforesaid, it
the Liberty aforesaid in the County aforesaid, being in a lower Room or
Apartment in a House [..] a Count garden
in the said Parish Liberty and County, did by the Visitation of God then and
there Dye a Natural Death. In Witness where of as well the said Coroner
as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid or behalf of himself and the next
of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their Hands and deals
the Day Year and at the Place first alone mentioned.
